DJC Sportscars brings you a unique service that makes your ideas a reality. Specialising in sports Car parts and design, we can design bespoke parts for your car and bring them to life. Everything from installing a simple custom switch to building your car so it’s one of a kind and unique to you.
We use a very powerful modelling program that enables us to design and develop the custom parts you require. Whether it’s a single component or a complex assembly of parts, we can draw a model and assemble an impressive 3-dimensional moving view of the end product, before we even start the manufacturing process. With 6 CNC Lathes with up to 400mm turning capacity and 6 CNC Machining Centres with 600mm of travel and a 4th axis, as well as Laser Cutting facilities, Fabrication, Welding, Powder Coating, Anodising, and many more processes.
We are fully equipped to design, manufacture, and finish any part of your car to a very high and superior standard. We stock a wide range of materials and can use a combination to make your bespoke part either very strong or to look the part, or even both.
